A century-old current.
In the 1890s Nikola Tesla demonstrated that high-frequency alternating current could pass through the body without harm. Within a decade the principle had been built into compact cased machines — wooden boxes, brass fittings, silk-lined trays of glass electrodes — sold worldwide as Tesla machines.
By the mid-20th century they had largely been retired. Many survive forgotten in attics and estate sales, their cords brittle, coils silent, glassware dusty but intact.
These machines were built to last for centuries. Hand-wound copper coils, thick glass electrodes and brass hardware — no planned obsolescence, only craftsmanship meant to outlive generations.
Restored, not replaced.
Every apparatus that passes through the workshop is opened, inspected, and brought back to working condition according to its original principles. Cords are renewed, coils tested, glass electrodes cleaned, cases preserved. The internals are modernized and calibrated for maximum efficiency.
